In our mission to help improve our patient’s lives by improving their vision, Dr. Sitler does provide routine eye exams in addition to Vision Therapy and Rehabilitation. Routine comprehensive eye exams include taking visual acuities, a refraction for what would be needed for glasses, a primary binocular vision evaluation, and a comprehensive ocular health evaluation. Routine eye exams are an important part of maintaining your overall health so call and book for you and your family today!

The following are signs of symptoms that would be cause for an emergency eye evaluation:

Sudden onset double vision
Flashing lights
Sudden onset floaters
Eye trauma
Red, sore, swollen eye(s)
Scratched eye
Sudden loss of Vision
Sudden or severe eye pain

Whether you already wear contact lenses and are looking for something new, or if you want to try contacts for the first time, we can help you with that!

We will make sure to find the contact lenses with the proper fit that help you see your best. We teach you how to use your contact lenses correctly and how to care for them properly to keep your eyes healthy and feeling comfortable!

First time seeing Dr.Sitler for my 8 year old son. She was AMAZING. She was warm and comforting and made instant rapport with my son who is on the spectrum and she shared that her son is as well. Having someone treating your child that can actually relate is such a reassuring thing. Wearing glasses myself I’ve seen my fair share of eye doctors in my life and I could tell right away how thorough she was in her exam. The office itself was also very nice and clean, well maintained with good equipment. Highly recommend Dr.Sitler!

The friendly and professional staff at Kamloops Vision Therapy provided an extensive evaluation. This was followed by weekly sessions and evaluations that had us see improvements that we could not have accomplished on our own. This program does not happen though without commitment at home by both the guardians and patient. The reward for the time and effort was well worth the sacrifices. Our son is now able to track words on pages and his reading has taken off.
